From a glass designed in the 1860s by the architect, artist and designer Philip Webb for William Morris’ new home, Red House. Each is made by hand using an optic mould, which involves dipping the hot glass before blowing to create ribs in the body of the glass. Lightweight and generous in size, with a spiral trail of glass around the bowl.

A limited edition of chairs by the award-winning studio Wilkinson & Rivera. This contemporary chair is a reimagining of the hugely influential Sussex Chair designed by Philip Webb for Morris & Co.

Wilkinson & Rivera, based at Blackhorse Road Workshop in Walthamstow, was launched in 2021 by husband-and-wife duo Grant Wilkinson and Teresa Rivera. They specialise in the design and in-house manufacturing of hardwood timber furniture. All designs are made in their East London workshop with slow manufacturing principles in mind.

Inspired by an artist smock worn by the influential Arts and Crafts architect, designer and founder of William Morris Gallery A H Mackmurdo, this shirt is crafted from fine woven Japanese chambray.

Blackhorse Lane Ateliers is London’s only craft denim maker, creating garments in Walthamstow using raw, selvedge and organic denim. Blackhorse Lane Ateliers opened its doors in April 2016, leveraging its founder Bilgehan “Han” Ates’ 25 years of experience in the textile industry.

Cawley Studio, based in London, was founded by Hannah Cawley in 2017 and is known for using high quality, natural fabrics and celebrating British manufacturing. Crafted from 9ct gold, this exquisite necklace and matching earrings are designed by Liberty and inspired by a short necklace designed and made by May Morris in 1904. The necklace features a fine chain adorned with a central red garnet stone, accented by a tiny swinging pearl droplet. The garnet is flanked by two blue iolite stones, each framed by four white pearls.

This collaboration between William Morris Gallery and Liberty builds upon their longstanding connection. Both William Morris and Liberty’s founder Arthur Liberty championed principles of the Arts & Crafts Movement and from their neighbouring factories in London, produced some of Britain’s most iconic and enduring designs.

This capsule collection includes 10 new designs inspired by May and William Morris. May’s Orchard is the centrepiece of the collection and echoes the exquisite embroideries of May Morris. It features an array of blooming flowers and spring blossom, intertwined with trailing foliage and a variety of orchard fruit.

Conceptualised and designed in the Liberty Fabrics’ studio in central London, these contemporary interpretations of traditional Arts and Crafts style designs were meticulously hand-painted and printed on Tana Lawn™ organic cotton in the printing mill in northern Italy.
