Design for a lectern and pulpit cover, attributed to May Morris. The design features a grape vine, incorporating a cross in the centre.

The design was acquired by Irene Hallum who was an embroiderer and designer for Morris & Co. In 1940 when the firm closed she bought back some of her own designs and more by other designers.
