4to, quarter vellum, contemporary blue boards (scratched, some staining) with corner woodcut illustration on recto and verso, woodcut title and initials, twelve illustration plates consisting of woodcuts, engravings, Blake facsmilie and Hollyer photogravures, several leaves uncut, advertisement of Century Guild house design at end, gutter cracked at p. 52, very fine.
