This is a first edition of Love is Enough published by Ellis and White, a publisher owned by Frederick Startridge Ellis and David White. The stamped gold decoration on the cover, with the title surrounded by willow leaves, was designed by William Morris. He gave this copy to his sister, Emma Oldham and it is inscribed “Emma Oldham from her most affectionate Brother William Morris Dec. 7th 1872”.
